Automatically calculate monhtly payments for different APR interest rate amounts, different monthly terms, or different down payment amounts.

Search VIN #'s to backtrack to prior owner's having an interest in that vehicle "type".

Easily filter out customers for ONE salesperson

Customers classified as Leased, Purchased, or Looking Certain Makes/Certain Models

Use optional Flexi-Select filter to pull out any records meeting any condition (ie. Service Contract types, out of stock conditions, etc.)

Update any, or all, of three different callback dates with one button

Produce REPORTS, LABELS OR CREATE MAILMERGE FILES FOR MS WORD, WORDPERFECT for BIRTHDATES coming due, or CALLBACK Dates coming due, or FINAL LEASE/PAYMENT DATE.
When FINAL PAYMENTS become due, customers may appreciate a personal contact with an offer that matches the customer interest. Personal customer interests can be maintained in unlimited extra notes areas. In addition, when printing output, operator has the option to automatically update EACH person's record with a note regarding action taken.
