FileAnnounce monitors network directories/LAN shares used for document sharing, and alerts users of the share (via email) whenever a new document is added to the directory tree, removed from it, or moved from one sub-directory to another. The notification period is adjustable from one minute to a day. A log file of adds/deletes/moves/copies is kept. You can specify any directory as parent, and exclude any sub-directories from monitoring too.
