PingPlotter is a network-troubleshooting and diagnostic tool. It uses a combination of Traceroute, Ping, and Whois queries to collect data quickly, and then allows you to continue to collect data over time to give you the information you really need for identifying problems (both short-term and long-term trends). PingPlotter graphically shows problems in a way that allows you to shorten the time it takes to pinpoint a problem.
